Clean duplicates in Google Sheets™

TidyCells is a Google Sheets add-on that helps you clean data, remove duplicates (exact and fuzzy), and keep spreadsheets consistent.

What the app does

• Detects exact and fuzzy duplicates across rows and ranges
• Preview and Undo actions safely
• Optional normalization for emails, phones, casing, whitespace
• Works on selected ranges without leaving your sheet

Why we request access

• spreadsheets.currentonly: analyze selected ranges and write results only to the active spreadsheet, after your confirmation
• script.container.ui: display the add-on interface in Google Sheets sidebars and dialogs
• script.external_request: perform secure requests to our service for computations and licensing; sheet contents are not persisted

Permissions are used only to deliver core features. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.

Data handling

• No selling or sharing of user data
• No ads-based or unrelated third-party use
• No persistent storage of spreadsheet contents on our servers
